For each position, the Selection Panel places the most suitable eligible candidates on a reserve list. Candidates should note that inclusion on the reserve list does not imply any entitlement to employment in the SRB. Prior to being offered a post, candidates on a reserve list may be required to undergo further evaluation by the SRB (e.g. further interview).
