Prior to joining Deloitte in 2018, Andrew had a long career at the Bank of England, in his last six years as Executive Director, Resolution, leading work to develop the resolution regime and standards for resolvability in the UK and internationally in FSB where he chaired the Cross-Border Crisis Management group that coordinates GSIB resolution planning. Besides his work with Deloitte, Andrew advises a range of firms and authorities on resolution planning and related issues.
