David Ramos Muñoz is Professor of Commercial Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He is a member of the Academic Board of the European banking Institute (EBI), where he leads its Working Group on Finance, Climate Change and Sustainability. He is a Alternate Member of the Appeal Panel for the Single Resolution Board and of the Joint Board of Appeal for the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs), an expert for the European Parliament on matters of Bank Resolution, and an advisor for the UNIDROIT, and member of the Drafting Committee in the project on Bank Insolvency.
